Investment Criteria
Each acquisition must meet clearly defined underwriting standards: established neighborhoods with durable rental demand, stable in-place cash flow or identifiable upside, a sensible basis relative to replacement cost, and long-term hold viability supported by local fundamentals. Conservative financial assumptions and downside protection guide every decision.
